Do I need to pay extra to donate?

No. HEALTH MATE funds the ₱10 donation. You pay only the amount shown for your order, with no donation fee or extra charge.

Which organizations will receive the donations?

The recipient organization is to be announced. Confirmed partner details will be published in the Donation Transparency section.

Will you share proof of the donations?

Yes. Official receipts and confirmed donation totals will be published here once donations are released. No receipts have been published yet.

Does this apply to all products?

The pledge applies to each successfully delivered Hikari order, regardless of the number of items. It is ₱10 per order, not per product. Cancelled, refused, undelivered or returned orders do not qualify.

When is the ₱10 donation made?

Your order must first be successfully delivered. Each qualifying order is associated with a ₱10 pledge; it is not an instant donation when you place your order. Confirmed donations and receipts will be published here after the donations are completed.

Can I choose the recipient organization?

This program supports Hikari’s selected relief recipient, which will be announced here. Individual recipient selection is not currently available.

What does “in my name” mean?

HEALTH MATE donation pledge is associated with the customer name on the qualifying order. This does not mean an individual donation certificate has been issued.
